These special days when the Ontario Cannabis Store releases a fresh collection of new-to-market products always sort of feel like Christmas in January.

You just never know what goodies you’re going to get and there are always a number of noteworthy items to pique even the most seasoned stoner’s interest.

In the latest drop on January 25, the provincial cannabis retailer graced us with the presence of 240 interesting new items, including infused pre-rolls, a CBD toothpaste, as well as heavy-hitting nuggets like moon rocks straight from British Columbia’s famed Okanagan region.

Scroll on for our top five picks from the latest release.

Brand: Steeprock Functional Coffee est. 420

Licensed producer: CannMart

Dose: THC, 10 mg, CBC, 0mg

Would you ever have imagined a world where your go-to morning bevvy was infused with weed? Well, in 2022, it’s finally happened.

Steeprock Functional Coffee est. 420, the makers behind this unique new brew, is the first-ever company to combine two of the greatest vices on earth: cannabis and caffeine. Each pod is infused with 5 mg of THC that’s a hybrid and has been emulsified into ground coffee, then packaged into convenient K-cups.

The disposable little pods can be used with any single pod coffeemaker that uses K-cups. Each package comes with two cups for $10.95, which is a more comparable price point to a big old Starbucks latte than your average at-home coffee, but this cup of joe will hit differently.

EaseWhite CBD Toothpaste (contains THC)

Brand: Freshdayly

Licensed producer: Lupos Biotechnology

Dose: THC, 6.25 mg, CBD, 125 mg

Another notable lifestyle product from this most recent drop is a THC- and CBD-infused toothpaste.

The EaseWhite CBD toothpaste contains 125 mg of CBD and 6.25 mg of THC and has been infused with peppermint and tea tree oil, as well as other aromatic essential oils that help make your teeth, gums and mouth feel fresh and clean.

It’s free from all of those nasty little buggers like parabens, silicones and sulphates, too.

Licensed producer: Aqualitas

Dose: THC, 0 mg, CBD, 250 mg

Whether you’re into the ritual of baths or not, the latest offering from Stewart Farms is going to make you want to fill the tub ASAP. The brand has released a SeaWeed CBD Salt Soak that helps both moisturize and soothe.

Given that Stewart Farms is located near the Bay of Fundy in the Maritimes, it’s no surprise that Atlantic seaweed is the star of the show. The salts are also formulated with minerals from the Dead Sea, plant butters, and botanical extracts.

As well as CBD, the salts are infused with eucalyptus essential oil to enhance the overall experience. It comes in a single-use package that packs 250 mg of CBD and is made in small batches, too, so you can feel good about your purchase.

Okanagan Moon Rock

Brand: Moon Rock

Licensed producer: Canngroup Development

Dose: THC, 39-47%, CBD, 0-10%

You don’t need a ticket for Elon’s SpaceX rocketship to go to the moon. Okanagan Moon Rock by a B.C.-based company aptly called Moon Rock will take you there and then some.

These guys are making quality indica-dominant moon rocks that are deeply potent. The buds are first hand-trimmed, then rolled in a full-spectrum oil and then rolled a second time in high-quality kief.

The end result is a beautiful nugget of perfection that gives an elevated smoking experience with its 39-47% THC contents and minimal CBD (just 0-10%).

Golden Spiceberry Kush Caviar Cones

Oil, hash, and flower—oh my! (Courtesy of Top Leaf)

Brand: Top Leaf

Licensed producer: Sundial Growers

Dose: THC, 31-37%, CBD, 0%

A new must-try for any experienced consumer is Albert’s own Top Leaf and its Golden Spiceberry Kush Caviar Cones. Each cone is expertly stuffed with a unique hybrid blend of milled flower, dry sift hash, and also full-spectrum oil.

It’s a real heavy hitter with an unmistakable terp profile and one-of-a-kind flavour.

To achieve this unique mix, each cone combines the brand’s Headband flower with its super pungent and dank Bubba x Strawberry Banana x LA Kush Cake dry sift hash and what the brand has dubbed a “dessert-like” Winterized GSC oil.

Each tin comes with four 0.5 g pre-rolled cones for a total of 2 g. It’s an impressive product and best suited for smokers who are after something that packs a lot of punch.
