My medical cannabis journey of healing began back in 2018 when I was going through my email and stumbled across a communication from United Patients Group.  In it they discussed how cannabis is proving to be enormously helpful for a wide range of diseases and health problems including all kinds of inflammatory conditions.

Since 2010 I had been dealing (off and on) with an inflammatory condition of the very lower intestine (ulcerative colitis/proctitis) and because I am super proactive in always first exploring all the holistic healing avenues that might be available out there, for years I had been trying different holistic approaches to bring about healing.  I was open to reading all about what medicinal cannabis might possibly have to offer me, as it was never even on my radar up to the moment I opened that email.

Pretty soon I was deep diving into everything I could learn from UPG about the world of health and healing using cannabis.  The information was always so well presented, and it all just really started clicking for me plus I really connected with John Malanca’s passion and sincerity.  I came to learn his advocacy was rooted in the mission of UPG as it was originally conceived by John and his late wife Corinne when they founded the organization.

From there my knowledge base greatly expanded as I was learning everything I could from some of the top professionals and presenters in the medical cannabis space with names like Dr. Allan Frankel, Dustin Sulak, Ethan Russo, Bob Melamede, and Dedi Meiri just to name a few.

After all the extensive studying I did, it didn’t take long (summer of 2018) before I applied for my Florida medical marijuana card.  As soon as I was able, I began making dispensary purchases based on everything I had learned from UPG and all these wonderful practitioners.

I am thrilled to report that within a week of treating myself with medicinal cannabis, everything began changing for the better as my system began to calm itself and my condition began clearing up.  I have enjoyed improved health and have stayed that way ever since.  To say that I just could not be any more grateful would be a serious understatement!

So, THANK YOU from my heart to Corinne and John, and to every dedicated professional and activist out there who continues to labor on forward in the medicinal cannabis field in the name of truly serving humanity.

Your hard work and dedication are HIGHLY valued and ENORMOUSLY appreciated.
