Today is the fourth Sunday in our preaching series – Servant Leadership.
Each week we have followed the lectionary readings and discovered what they reveal to us about how we are called to lead and serve in our worshiping congregation – and indeed the wider community to which we belong.
The Apostle Paul writes in his letter the Ephesians that we are to put on the full armour of God and we are to pray in the Spirit at all times – that we may stay attentive to the things that matter, and persevere to the end.
Today we learn that we are called to lead and serve with prayer.
