Ross is now CEO of Lbs. Distribution, a B2B company focused on the cannabis supply chain. Along with the typical challenges of company building such as hiring the right people and optimizing operations, Ross talks about the obstacles he continues to overcome in an industry that is still considered illegal by the Federal government.
