Webinar: Clinical Use of the Cannabinoids with Case Reports and Discussion
Webinar Abstract: The use of medically unsupervised cannabis use is exponentially growing in the USA. Healthcare providers need to not only recognize this fact but embrace it with the goal of avoiding drug-drug interactions and improving therapeutic outcomes. The goal of this activity is to provide pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with real world experience in the use of cannabis in disease state management; discuss clinical case studies and the importance of knowing how formulation, active ingredients and route of administration impacts the onset of action, duration of action and therapeutic outcomes. Published data as well as personal experience treating over 3000 patients with cannabis in a Functional medicine clinic will be shared.
