Robert Ziner, CEO of Canadian Industrial Hemp Corporation (CIHC)
Robert has over 30 years in the building materials distribution and secondary wood processing industries. He founded and operated a public company that acquired three companies and generated over $240M a year in sales. In the 1990’s he developed and patented an AI-based, advanced manufacturing system in partnership with General Electric’s Factory Automation Group. Robert is a recognized expert in fiber processing, optimization – softwood lumber and HEMP!
Robert believes in the power of Cyber-Physical engineering, structures, and systems; recognizing that innovation is always first created in the imagination’s virtual world – to then be translated into existence!
Dion Oakes

Dion has been in the hemp industry for almost 7 years starting out small and has done very large-scale hemp farming for both seed/fiber and CBD production. They also have a hemp food processing facility where they are producing hemp seed oil, hemp protein powder, and hemp hearts. He is a co-owner of WO Investment Inc and a partner in First Crop Inc.
