High Relief is a documentary created by Jenny Toledo and Frank Hernandez about the current state of medical and recreational cannabis in the United States.

During production, Frank had his first seizure, at 28, and was put under pharmaceuticals for the rest of his life. Because of his work on High Relief, Frank knew there may be another way.

This led us to find out all we could about CBD oil and it’s effects for epilepsy. Frank decided to stop taking his dangerous medication and became seizure free using online CBD oil.

We were very lucky to interview top experts, politicians, as well as famous cannabis influencers. People like Irvin Rosenfeld, Nicole Smith, Ben Pollara, Dr. Catherine Jacobson, Dr Andres Canter, Dwight Bullard, David Allen, Garyn Angel, Brooke Gehring and many others.

Our team visited California, Colorado, and Florida. What we consider to be the past, present and future of legalized cannabis.

During this time we were lucky to witness a Cannabis Cup, the first Florida Amendment 2 vote, and California fighting to become legal recreationally.
