In the United States, cannabis laws can be incredibly confusing. Despite federal prohibition, each state has the right to institute and maintain their cannabis laws. Some states have opted to allow only allow CBD; some allow medical marijuana, some progressive states like California have allowed recreational weed to flourish. To show just how convoluted the situation is, Herb took to the streets in Wasaga Beach, Canada to quiz complete strangers on just how much they know about cannabis laws.
