In this AP Daily: Live Review session for AP Human Geography, we will focus on Skill Category 5: Scale Analysis. This skill tends to be the most challenging skill to develop over the course of the year.
This session will provide the opportunity to further develop a better understanding of how to identify scales of analysis that are presented by maps, images, landscapes, and data. Students will practice explaining spatial relationships across various scales and will compare geographic characteristics and processes at various scales.
Some of the concepts addressed in this video include the function of political boundaries, cultural patterns, and measures of development.
