BIO – GERRY GREINER

Ms. Geraldine (Gerry) Greiner began her career as a consultant sales representative for Metagenics Inc, a science-based nutraceutical and medical food developer in the holistic and natural medical space. As a consultant sales representative, Ms. Greiner provided business solutions to cultivate value while increasing R.O.I. to business owners in
the medical space. She developed operating systems, educational programs, and profit centers by implementing Metagenics inventory of medical products, software, and education. Within her first year she was the leader of business development in the allopathic market.
Later in her career Ms. Greiner joined the business development team at OraPharma Inc, a startup IPO later acquired by Johnson & Johnson. In addition to launching the company’s first product pipeline, she provided management solutions to medical business owners, large group companies, and federal entities like V.A.’s.
Through analysis of financial margins, optimization models, and implementation of education, Ms. Greiner made significant impact on profitability and growth resulting in her promotions to first Senior then Executive Status, which was only accomplished by a few individuals within that organization. Ms. Greiner also took the initiative to develop her own marketing and promotional programs and averaged a 34-50% quarterly growth. Recognized for her achievements, she was the only representative to receive the Golden box Award
directly from the president of OraPharma Inc., for never missing company objectives. In addition to this prestigious award, Ms. Greiner was recognized as a consistent Inner Sphere Winner, the company’s Presidents Club, Incentive Trip
winner, Territory Growth Winner, and New Customer Revenue Winner. Ms. Greiner was the only representative to receive direct acknowledgment from the C.E. O. to serve on the Leadership Team, providing strategic and tactical definition of objectives to Senior Management. As the Executive member of the Leadership Team, she helped create and develop the organizations training program and ongoing leadership development programs.
Ms. Greiner’s entrepreneurial nature and passion for new ventures lead her to start her own business. She has provided business tactics and strategy solutions to a variety of markets including, Non Profits, Medical Devices, and Acquisitions. Gerry founded the Sulis Group in 2007 to provide cash flow strategy to the booming and emerging commercial real
estate market. Her company provided specialized engineering and accounting services in Cost Segregation and property tax that optimized assets, decrease taxable income, and maximized cash flow that could be used for investments.
After the diagnosis of cancer to her Mother in 2012 Ms. Greiner brought together her science and business experience, combined with her passion for Functional Medicine, and founded gramz™, a plant-based nutraceutical company providing cannabinoid infused herbal medicinals distributed through state licensed pharmacies.
Prior to the opening of dispensaries in Arizona, Ms. Greiner became a State approved care-giver, allowing her to grow and dispense on behalf of patients. Through opening her own grow facility, she gained valuable industry insight which she used alongside her foundational background in biochemistry and herbal medicine and created proprietary research based medicinal marijuana formulations. Ms. Greiner uniquely brings both science and business experience to the Hemp Industry for medicinal and environmental attributes as well as for contribution to sustainability.
Ms. Greiner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell Biology and Physiology and a minor in Business and Marketing at Arizona State University. She also graduated from the Leadership training and Development Group, receiving certification as a facilitator of the group’s Breakthrough in Leadership workshop which is credited through Chapman
University.
