If the home office enforce that no THC content is allowed in CBD Products then all full spectrum and broad spectrum products will be illegal. This is ridiculous especially considering 6 million people in the UK have been safely using Full Spectrum products for 6 years.
As an industry we are fighting back and are producing the evidence to show trace amounts of THC in products is not only safe but it also positively affects the efficacy of the CBD Product. We would need to take 5 times the amount to get the same effect if we are only left with isolated CBD.
