Hi John and UPG,

I am 73 years old and an avid singles and doubles tennis player. I never played a match I didn’t enjoy. I have had two shoulder surgeries and a knee surgery, all worth it.

I am fairly strict with my diet, the usual No meat, dairy, sugar, some eggs and seafood. I don’t drink alcohol and of course I do not smoke. Like most people I am controlling some physical issues, my diet and exercise have gone a long way in that regard.

Up until 4 years ago before and after every match I would take two ibuprofen or some other pain reliever, sometimes more and then sometimes just for general pain and aches. It got to the point that on any given week I would eat approximately 20-25 ibuprofen. One of the problems is that it was getting harder and harder to get rid of the pain. My stomach would eventually become an issue.

My daughter living in California at the time recommended that I take CBD, at the time it was not available in the state I lived in, so she sent me some. I followed her instructions and after 3-4 weeks began to feel a difference and I also was able to limit my use of ibuprofen to half.

2 years ago she suggested I try a 50/50 combination of THCA & CBD drops.
I did and it was nothing less than astounding, after 3 weeks I stopped using and ibuprofen and other pain relievers altogether.

The combination of those two substances have allowed me to practice  2-3 days a week and play in competitions 2 times a week or more pain free!

It also allowed me to focus much better and play better, or at least that is what l am told. The fact is even my attitude has improved. Tennis is also a huge head game as well as physically demanding.
I know have a medical card that I can get legal THCA with. I have no hallucinations or Ill effects. My stomach never felt better, and I am noticeably less anxious .

It has changed my life and I look forward to a lot more competition tennis later this year.

Thank you for allowing me to share my story.

Respectfully submitted by Joe
