CBD (Cannabidiol) is a major compound in Hemp/Marrijuana famed for it’s potential medicinal benefit. But the legal status of CBD in the US is slightly shrouded in mystery.
In recent months, a drug called Epidiolex was licensed in the US for rare forms of epilepsy. This drug contains purified CBD. Subsequently federal agencies, such as the DEA, were forced to review their position on CBD oil use for medicinal purposes.
In this video i share excerpts from an interview given by a DEA spokesperson in which he clarified the position of the DEA.
